This program is designed to get YOU stronger in the big lifts that you want to develop, to build full body muscle, and to increase fitness and work capacity so you're ready for anything.

New meso-cycles start every 8 weeks.

FAQs

Q: What if I don't lift in a big gym?

A: Some modifications can be made using some creativity, loop bands, and straight-up exercise substitutions. However, the bare minimum to complete this program is a barbell, plates, rack, and a few dumbbells.

Q: Do I have to start on the day that the program starts?

A: Ideally, yes but you can start within 2 weeks of the program start time. Your access code will be active from Day 1 on the cycle through 2 weeks after the final day.

Q: What if I have an injury or something I'm working around?

A: Modifications can be made around a specific injury or exercises that cause pain and discomfort. Unless it is a debilitating life-altering injury then we will be able to find exercise tweaks or swaps to move you toward your goals without creating more pain and injury. That said, this program is not designed to rehab specific injuries. Consult a healthcare professional if you are dealing with pain and injury.
