Q: What if I don't lift in a big gym?

A: Some modifications can be made using some creativity, loop bands, and straight-up exercise substitutions. However, the bare minimum to complete this program is a barbell, plates, rack, and a few dumbbells.

Q: Do I have to start on the day that the program starts?

A: Ideally, yes but you can start within 2 weeks of the program start time. Your access code will be active from Day 1 on the cycle through 2 weeks after the final day.

Q: What if I have an injury or something I'm working around?

A: Modifications can be made around a specific injury or exercises that cause pain and discomfort. Unless it is a debilitating life-altering injury then we will be able to find exercise tweaks or swaps to move you toward your goals without creating more pain and injury.
