ABOUT NICK

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I am a Professor of Exercise Physiology and Anatomy at two Physical Therapy Programs. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years gaining experience and a deep understanding of how to help people succeed. 

 

I have helped everyone from recreational fitness enthusiasts to competitive athletes pursue their best shape and  improve their on field performance.

Through my personalized, remote training and injury rehab programs I strive to make the pursuit of health and fitness simpler and more accessible using evidence based methods so you not only reach your goals, but eclipse them.

2017-2021

Doctor of Chiropractic
University of Bridgeport

Earned a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic. Presented on Blood Flow Restriction Training in the Rehab Setting. Participated in research and tutored for the chiropractic and physician assistant schools.

2015-2017

Masters of Science
California University of Pennsylvania

Earned a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Master's thesis on Flexible vs. Rigid dieting and achieving body composition change goals.

2008-2012

Bachelors of Science
Rutgers University

Earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. Student Teaching Assistant for Human Anatomy Cadaver Lab.
