Nick is a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who blends the fields of musculoskeletal rehab and strength and conditioning to help patients and clients achieve their performance goals.
Nick has worked with everyone from recreational fitness enthusiasts, competitive athletes, average joes, to even geriatrics and pediatrics to improve their health and performance. In these years training a multitude of people in person, in groups, and online Nick now focuses on building strength for longevity, improving performance while minimizing injury risk, and building resilient athletes. Nick has dedicated himself to a life of learning to continue to help his patients and clients get in shape, get over chronic pain, and achieve their best self.
