I am a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I am a Professor of Exercise Physiology and Anatomy at two Physical Therapy Programs. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years gaining experience and a deep understanding of how to help people succeed.
I have helped everyone from recreational fitness enthusiasts to competitive athletes pursue their best shape and improve their on field performance.
Through my personalized, remote training and injury rehab programs I strive to make the pursuit of health and fitness simpler and more accessible using evidence based methods so you not only reach your goals, but eclipse them.
