ABOUT ME

After spending 10+ years in the fitness industry I took my strength and conditioning and exercise physiology expertise to the field of performance and sports medicine with the study of chiropractic.

I have worked with everyone from recreational fitness enthusiasts, competitive athletes, average joes, to even geriatrics and pediatrics to improve their health and performance. In these years training a multitude of people in person, in groups, and online I now focus on building strength for longevity, improving performance while minimizing injury risk, and building resilient athletes. I have dedicated myself to a life of learning to continue to help my patients and clients get in shape, get over chronic pain, and achieve their best self.
