ABOUT ME
After 11 years in the fitness industry, Nick took his strength and conditioning and exercise physiology expertise to the field of performance and sports medicine with the study of chiropractic.
Nick has worked with everyone from recreational fitness enthusiasts, competitive athletes, average joes, to even geriatrics and pediatrics to improve their health and performance. In these years training a multitude of people in person, in groups, and online Nick now focuses on building strength for longevity, improving performance while minimizing injury risk, and building resilient athletes. Nick has dedicated himself to a life of learning to continue to help his patients and clients get in shape, get over chronic pain, and achieve their best self.
