The BREAKING GAINZ LITE program is designed for people who want to make gains in strength, muscle, and fitness but can only train at home or with limited equipment.
This is an 8 week long, progressive program that involves 3 days per week of training. Each workout is designed to be completed in under 45 minutes and requires only your bodyweight and a few pairs of dumbbells.
